Decorate Like A Pro!
This class is the perfect beginning to your new cake decorating experience. This class includes recipes, demo/lecture of making butter-cream icing, cake preparation, leveling, torting, filling and frosting of your cake. Stars, Drop Flowers and Rosettes, Zigzag and Shell Borders, Leaves, & the classic Celebration Rose. Also, writing on cakes and how to make a Ribbon Rose. Learn hands on assembly and icing your cake in class with your instructor right there for guidance!. Your instructor will share practical ideas and experiences. Practicing at home is vital to your obtaining a solid foundation in basic Cake Decorating. A Certificate of Completion will be awarded sessions. This class gives you a good, solid foundation to excel in your future classes.

BRING:
Apron
Several gallon size zipper food storage bags for clean up
1 – 8 in. single layer, un-iced cake (approx. 8”x3”)
Damp hand towel
Turntable (optional)
Disposable cups or plastic bowls for thinning and coloring icing
Scissors
Container to transport cake
Bottle of water
Paper napkins or paper towels
Flower Nail & Parchment Squares (Or cut your own)
3 Gallon size bags for clean up
Serrated bread knife or Cake Leveler
Buttercream- Class Recipe or buy from craft store (not grocery store)
